The Issues
The idea is simple, so let’s not complicate it: Government should make people’s lives better.
Healthcare
Americans should have access to affordable, high quality healthcare, and the government has a duty to ensure it’s available. A single-payer system in my plan will save the average Pennsylvanian $1,000 every year, while ensuring full coverage for medically necessary care.
Housing
The housing market is stacked against first time homebuyers. Foreign buyers purchased more than $56 billion in American real estate between April 2024 to March 2025, taking homes and jacking up rent. We must ensure that American housing remains available and affordable for Americans.
Scientific Innovation
America put the first man on the moon, cured polio, and created the first car and computer chip. But in the last forty years, America has all but abdicated its role as the leader of scientific innovation. We must put America back to its rightful place in leading the charge for progress and innovation.
Tax Reform
The tax code is unnecessarily complicated and full of special interest carveouts. You shouldn’t need an advanced degree to figure out how to file your tax return or have to wait until you file to find out whether or not you owe more money.
Lehigh Valley Jobs
The Lehigh Valley is one of the fastest growing regions in the United States, and we need the jobs to keep pace. Although government shouldn’t run businesses, it should invest in bringing blue and white collar jobs to the region.
The Economy
The American economy should work for all Americans. We must level the playing field for the middle class, reducing the effective tax burden and rewarding workers for doing their fair share. This country will always help those who help themselves.
